Topped with the single most cringe-worthy, eye-rolling phrase in the entire history of food puns: “pound my cake”. Peel and Pop Grafix is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We proudly ship our high-quality vinyl graphics and decals across the United States.
Shipping Schedule
All orders are shipped on Monday.
• Orders placed by 12:00 PM MST on Saturday will be shipped on the upcoming Monday.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST on Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS First Class Mail.
Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days after shipping.
Note: Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (especially during holidays).
Shipping Costs
• Shipping is free on all orders up to 20 items.
• For orders with more than 20 items, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of ordering is best).
Damaged Packages
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund).
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During busy seasons (Black Friday, holidays, etc.), shipping times may be slightly longer. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Return policy
We pour our heart, soul, and way too much coffee into every decal, sticker, and graphic we make. Once your Peel and Pop creation leaves our shop, it’s basically family. But like that one cousin who shows up unannounced… sometimes things don’t work out.
Here’s the deal:
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery… but only if the item is unpeeled, unpopped, and still in its original packaging looking brand new. If it’s been stuck to anything (your car, laptop, water bottle, ex’s forehead, etc.), it’s yours forever. No take-backs.
• Custom orders? Cute. Those are final sale. You picked the design, font, color, and exact placement of that tiny sarcastic quote — we’re not undoing your vision just because you changed your mind.
• Damaged or defective items: We’ll make it right. Send us a clear photo of the tragedy within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll replace it faster than you can say “peel and pop.” (Actual tragedies only — “I decided neon green was a mistake” doesn’t count.)
• Wrong size/color? That one’s on you, champ. Double-check your measurements and selections before hitting “submit.” We’re artists, not mind readers.
• All returns, refunds, and exchanges are at the sole discretion of the Peel and Pop Grafix team. We reserve the right to deny any return that feels off, suspicious, or just plain unreasonable. Bonus points if you’re polite — we’re much more likely to help when you’re not disrespectful or acting entitled. Kindness goes a long way; rudeness gets you a polite “no thanks” and a link to our FAQ.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Because the post office doesn’t care about your regrets.
Basically: Think before you stick. Measure twice, peel once. And if you’re still not happy after that… well, at least your laptop will look cool while you’re silently judging our policy.
